ServicesWe provide workflow automation, integration, and related consulting using Zapier and other approved platforms. Scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.2. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate information, access credentials, and any required third-party accounts.You are responsible for maintaining any software licenses, third-party subscriptions, or tools integrated with our automations. (Unless discussed otherwise.)3. Fees & PaymentAll fees will be outlined in a proposal or invoice before work begins.Payment terms are upfront / 100% due within 14 days (Unless discussed otherwise.)Late payments may result in suspension of Services and a loss of the upfront deposit.4. ConfidentialityWe respect the confidentiality of your business data and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with your written consent.5. Intellectual PropertyCustom automations created for you remain your property upon full payment.We may use anonymized examples of our work for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.6. Limitation of LiabilityWe are not liable for downtime, errors, or losses caused by third-party tools, APIs, or platforms (including Zapier).Our liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Services in the past 30 days.7. TerminationEither party may terminate Services with written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.8. Refund PolicyIf the outlined and agreed outcome from the discussed work has not been achieved, clients are entitled to a full refund 100% money guarantee. We have aim to maintain a 100% satisfaction policy.9. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting or notification.Thank you.
